JD for Architect
1. B. Arch with min 7-10 years of experience with Architectural Firms / Real Estate Developers
2. Knowledge of MS Office, PPT, AutoCAD, Sketchup, Revit, BIM, 3D Modelling & Photoshop
3. Basic Architectural Design parameters like Land use, FAR / FSI, Ground Coverage, Max Height, Set Backs.
4. Knowledge of Submission drawings, Tender Drawings, GFC Drawings
5. BOQ working from Drawings
6. Co-ordination with Project Architect & Consultants
7. Good Experience in Interiors, Furniture & Fitouts
8. Layout, Site / Masterplan, Area Statement ( Carpet / Built up / SuperBuilt up Areas)
9. Elevations & 2D / 3D Views
10. Experience of Residential ( Plotted, Row Housing, High Rise Apartments) Commercial & Office Buildings
11. Schematic / Conceptual / Detailed Design Stages
12. Experience of Highend Villa interiors & Finishes, Knowledge of Materials & Products.
