Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

 

The HR Generalist will manage end to end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, compliance, and HR policy implementation to support organisational goals.

 

  • Manage end to end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, offer roll out.
  • Handling on boarding and induction for new employees.
  • Maintain employee records, HRMIS, attendance and leave data.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure timely salary processing.
  • Implement and communicate HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle employee grievances and promote a positive work culture.
  • Support performance appraisal processess.
  • Coordinate training and employee engagement activities.
  • Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Labor laws, audits)
  • Manage exit formalities, F&F settlement and documentation.
