Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
The HR Generalist will manage end to end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, compliance, and HR policy implementation to support organisational goals.
- Manage end to end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, offer roll out.
- Handling on boarding and induction for new employees.
- Maintain employee records, HRMIS, attendance and leave data.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure timely salary processing.
- Implement and communicate HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee grievances and promote a positive work culture.
- Support performance appraisal processess.
- Coordinate training and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Labor laws, audits)
- Manage exit formalities, F&F settlement and documentation.
