Retail Operations Manager
Job Description:
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Overlook day to day running of store operations at Thane & Dombivali
- Responsible for the smooth functioning of the stores
- Ensure good display & regular replenishment of goods
- Managing counter sales team, motivating and training them to perform better
- Conduct marketing and sales promotional activites for business development
- Inventory management and stock control
- Implement marketing campaigns, promotions, and new operational procedures.
Other Details:
- Working Time : Flexible 10 hours
- Working Days: 6 days (1 weekly off between Monday to Thursday)
- Location : Thane & Dombivli (Need to handle multiple stores in regional of Thane & Dombivli for which travelling expenses will be provided)
- Experience : 2 Years
