Job Description:

We seek a seasoned Operation & Maintenance Manager with 
experience to oversee the full operations of rocket engine testing facilities. The role
requires versatile knowledge across mechanical, civil, electrical, and electronics
systems in industrial plants, managing administration, QC & safety, material
management, O&M, and test readiness activities. Preference for cryogenic storage and
dispensing station experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


• Lead end-to-end plant operations, ensuring reliability, efficiency, and safety for
rocket engine testing facilities.
• Handle administration, quality control & safety protocols, material management,
operation & maintenance, and test readiness activities.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams across mechanical, civil, electrical, and
electronics domains.

• Drive continuous improvement based on experience managing at least 5 large-
scale industrial plants.

• Ensure compliance with operational standards and readiness for high-stakes
testing environments

 

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

DESIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred); other engineering
disciplines considered.
• 10-15 years of experience in industrial plant O&M, with proven success in
managing at least 10 large-scale plants.
• Strong leadership in multi-domain operations, ideally including cryogenic
storage and dispensing stations.
• Familiarity with plant administration, QC, safety, and material management.
PREFFERED SKILLS
• Knowledge of ERP systems, safety standards (e.g., ISO 45001), and testing
protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving, team management, and strategic planning abilities.
