PCB Designer based at Bangalore

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled PCB Designer with 4–5 years of hands-on experience in
designing, developing, and optimizing printed circuit boards for aerospace, electronics,
or high-tech applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in CAD tools,
design for manufacturability, and cross-functional collaboration with hardware engineers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Design and develop multi-layer PCB layouts based on schematic inputs and
engineering requirements.
• Collaborate with hardware engineers to ensure signal integrity, power integrity, and
EMI/EMC compliance.
• Optimize PCB designs for manufacturability, assembly, and testing.
• Create and maintain design documentation, Gerber files, BOMs, and fabrication
drawings.
• Conduct design reviews and implement feedback from engineering and
manufacturing teams.
• Work closely with vendors and fabrication houses to ensure quality and timely
delivery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve PCB-related issues during prototype and production
phases.
• Stay updated with industry standards, IPC guidelines, and emerging PCB
technologies.

• Proficiency in PCB design tools such as Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro/OrCAD,
KiCad
• Strong knowledge of high-speed design, differential pairs, impedance control, and
thermal management.
• Familiarity with IPC standards (IPC-2221, IPC-7351, IPC-A-600, etc.).

• Experience with DFM/DFT principles and collaboration with manufacturing teams.
• Good understanding of analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuit design.

• Excellent attention to detail, documentation skills, and ability to work in cross-
functional teams.

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

DESIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related
field.
• 4–5 years of professional experience in PCB design.

PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience in aerospace, automotive, or high-reliability electronics domains.
• Knowledge of flex-rigid PCB design and advanced packaging techniques.
• Exposure to simulation tools for signal integrity and thermal analysis.
• Familiarity with ISO, AS9100, or other quality standards.
