HVAC Technicians – 4 Positions 
• 2 Technicians: 2–5 years experience (₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month)
• 2 Freshers: Entry-level (₹13,500 per month)
• Location: University Area, Ahmedabad


Job Description:

We seek a skilled and dynamic HVAC Technician with techno-commercial capabilities to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of HVAC systems, handson technical expertise, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams. This role involves execution and client coordination responsibilities, making it critical to ensure technical accuracy, service quality, and customer satisfaction.

 Key Responsibilities:

Technical Responsibilities:

 Servicing of HVAC systems including VRF, Ductable, Split, Cassette, and Chillers

.·  Troubleshooting and repairing HVAC equipment and controls.

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance as per schedule.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards at all job sites

.·  Support the project team in site supervision and coordination with contractors.

• Maintain accurate service records, reports, and documentation.

Commercial / Client-Facing Responsibilities:

.· Attend to customer complaints and service calls promptly and professionally

.·  Understand client requirements and explain technical issues in layman’s terms.

• Assist in preparing service quotations, AMCs, and maintenance contracts.
• Suggest suitable upgrades or system improvements to clients.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships.

Qualifications and Skills:

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / RAC or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in HVAC service and installation.
• Good understanding of HVAC drawings, electrical wiring, and refrigeration cycle.
• Strong technical knowledge, troubleshooting skills, and communication abilities..
• Basic knowledge of mobile apps for reporting.
• Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, or the local language.
• Problem-solving, client handling, and time management skills.
