Location - Bandra,BKC
Work Time -9.00am to 5.00pm
Work Days - Monday to Friday
Week Off - Saturday and Sunday

Job Description:

  • Product costing for Externally Manufactured and products and related analyzes.
  • Prepare and consolidate "RLBE" (Rolling Latest Best Estimate). Review and understand variances. Consolidate feedback received by TPM managers. Consolidate individual plant data into a TPM submission
  • Assess/advise/implement process improvements, lead projects, prepare senior management highlights and support an array of ad-hoc FP&A activities for TPM
  • Monthly calculation of P&L variances and analysis
  • Monthly reconciliation of consigned inventory between and Third Party Manufacturers and resolve variances with the business units (for example: logistics, quality department) and TPM‘s
  • Handling of the month and year-closings, underpinned by a clear analysis of the variances recorded in the P&L accounts.
  • Identify and financially coordinate inventory on risk in collaboration with respective stakeholders
  • Coordinating and performing annual inventory counts at Third Party Manufacturers
  • Support vendor creation and purchase order issuance for APO Indirect Procurement, ensuring compliance with corporate rules.
  • Execute internal controls to monitor transactional activities, including open PO reviews, inactive vendor management, and payment term analysis.
  • Support SOX compliance during audits by providing required reports and documentation. Perform indirect procurement processes and reporting
  • Implementation of various ad hoc analyzes.
  • Conducting business in accordance with applicable procedures and compliance requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in the economic field and relevant work experience.
  • Fluent in English both spoken and written.
  • Able to work in 'virtual' multidisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent knowledge and use of Microsoft Office and excellent proficiency with excel.
  • Understanding of the SAP platform and knowledge about basic financial/accounting transaction codes
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate within the finance department to plan as well as business managers, senior managers and employees at the TPM.
  • Accuracy and attention to details
