HR Executive

Job Description:

Function: Human Resources

Reporting To: Senior HR Manager

Experience: 2–4 years

Education: MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent

Job Purpose:
To support end-to-end HR operations with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition and Employee Engagement, ensuring smooth HR processes and a positive employee experience across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition (Mandatory)
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from requisition to onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and internal databases.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and close positions within defined timelines.
• Conduct initial HR screening interviews and coordinate further interview rounds.
• Prepare and issue offer letters and manage pre-joining follow-ups.
• Track recruitment metrics and maintain hiring MIS and reports.

2. Employee Engagement
• Support in execution of employee engagement initiatives such as festivals, celebrations, wellness programs, and team-building activities.
• Support in internal employee communication and engagement-related announcements.
• Support onboarding engagement and induction programs for new joiners.
• Act as a point of contact for employee queries and engagement-related concerns.

3. HR Operations & Generalist Activities
• Manage employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, confirmation, role changes, and exit coordination.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
