Job Description:
Position: Graduate Trainee Engineer – Mechanical
Qualification: BE / BTech in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: Fresher or up to 1 year
Location: Vasai (Factory)
Salary: Up to ₹21,000 in hand (PF & PT applicable)
Working Days: 6 days a week
Transportation: Pick-up and drop facility from station to Vasai factory
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in production, assembly, and testing of mechanical and safety equipment
- Support preventive maintenance and breakdown handling
- Coordinate with quality, stores, and production teams
- Prepare basic reports, BOMs, and technical documentation
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards on the shop floor
Skills Required:
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes
- Knowledge of mechanical drawings and tools
- Willingness to work on the shop floor
- Good learning attitude and teamwork skills
