Shift Timing: USA Time Zone (Night Shift in India)

Working Days: Monday to Friday : As per USA Federal Holidays

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dispatcher to support daily operations for a USA-based logistics company. The ideal candidate will coordinate drivers, manage dispatch activities, track shipments, and ensure efficient and timely deliveries across the United States while maintaining strong communication with all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch drivers for assigned routes and loads efficiently.

• Communicate professionally with drivers, brokers, and customers to ensure smooth operations.

• Monitor shipments and update dispatch systems in real time.

• Track deliveries and proactively address delays or service issues.

• Ensure compliance with U.S. DOT regulations and Hours of Service (HOS) requirements.

• Resolve operational challenges and maintain accurate documentation and reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Open to both male and female candidates.

• Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience may apply.

• Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory.

• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, and dispatch software).

• Prior experience in logistics or transportation is an added advantage
