Job Description:
  • Achieve Business Targets: Drive the team to meet or exceed sales, revenue, and renewal targets.
  • Team Leadership & Management: Oversee daily operations, manage, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team of sales professionals or agents.
  • Channel and Network Development: Build and maintain robust relationships with an agency network, brokers, and other distribution partners, such as bank branches (Bancassurance channel).
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement sales initiatives and local marketing activities to improve sales productivity and enhance brand visibility.
  • Compliance and Operations: Ensure all business operations adhere strictly to company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Customer Service: Address customer queries and resolve escalations to guarantee a high level of customer satisfaction and policy persistency.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and facilitate skill enhancement programs for team members and partners.
  • Market Analysis: Obtain and analyze market information to identify new clients and business opportunities, especially in untapped regions.
