Infrastructure & Operations:Oversee network security, cloud services (AWS, Azure), servers, software, hardware, and ensure system uptime.

Security & Compliance:Implement robust cybersecurity measures and ensure data protection.

Budget & Vendor Management:Manage IT budgets, control costs, and oversee relationships with third-party vendors.

Project Management:Drive IT projects, from implementation to upgrades, ensuring efficient delivery.

Stakeholder Collaboration:Work with other departments and senior leaders to align tech with business needs.

Innovation:Research and implement emerging technologies to enhance efficiency.
Core Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field.
- Extensive IT management experience (often 10+ years).
- Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking.
- Expertise in cybersecurity, cloud, networking, and enterprise software.
Role Context:
- Often reports to the COO or CIO.
- More hands-on in smaller organizations, more strategic in larger ones.
