Position:       Mould Technician

Location:      Silvassa 

Experience:   0 - 2 Years

Responsibilities:

• Carry out safe and timely mould changeover on injection moulding machines as per production plan.
• Install, remove, align, and clamp moulds correctly to ensure smooth machine startup.
• Connect and disconnect cooling lines, hydraulic lines, and electrical connections of moulds.
• Inspect moulds during changeover for damage, wear, or abnormalities and report to maintenance/tool room.
• Ensure proper cleaning, handling, and storage of moulds to avoid damage.
• Follow SOPs, safety guidelines, and 5S practices during mould changing activities.
• Assist in trial runs and initial setting after mould change to minimize rejection and downtime.
• Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, and Tool Room teams for efficient changeovers.
• Maintain records of mould change activities and report issues to supervisors.
• Use hand tools, lifting equipment, and mould change devices safely and correctly.

Required Qualification: - ITI - Fitter

Salary :- Upto 2.04 LPA
