Position:        Officer/Sr. Officer - Production

Location:        Pandhurna

Experience:    2 - 3 Years

Responsibilities:

• To ensure that the manpower required for achieving the moulding and punching as per schedule are available.
• To ensure that tools, equipment's and machines are well maintained functioning properly.
• To ensure adequately trained manpower is available for undertaking Moulding & Punching operations.
• To ensure that all the equipment's and machines are operational.
• To ensure regular checks are conducted for machines for accuracy and readiness for operation.
• To set parameters; set curing time and follow the sequence of moulding on moulding machine.
• Comply with the maintenance schedule and ensure that maintenance programme of the machine is carried out on regular basis.
• To train the manpower for handling emergency situations.
• Resolving issues (if any) among the team members before the commencement of moulding or punching operations.
• To ensure that team members adhere to all safety norms (such as wearing protective gloves, masks, goggles and safety shoes).
• To train the new/ existing operators and helper as per the training calendar or as per the requirement.
• Execution of daily, weekly/monthly production plan.
• To assist Production officer to take corrective and preventive actions based on IPOC observations and customer complaints.
• To maintain the personnel hygiene of employees.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Injection Molding (plastics) production management.
• Expertise in machine maintenance, process optimization, and troubleshooting in molding operations.
• Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and 5S methodologies.
• Knowledge of ISO standards and regulatory compliance for manufacturing.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and team management abilities.

Required Qualification: - Diploma/B.E/B.Tech - Plastics/Mechanical

Salary :- Upto 4.00 LPA
