German Analyst
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:

Process customer orders and handle general enquiries

Resolve issues related to orders not received and returns not credited
-
Handle queries from stores regarding customer parcel deliveries and stock checks
-
Support international customers with order tracking, delivery updates, and return-related enquiries
-
Perform administrative tasks including customer account adjustments and sending mass customer communications
Skills & Eligibility:
-
Fluent German speaker with strong spoken and written communication skills
-
Good command of English for internal communication

Prior experience in customer service or international process preferred

Ability to handle customer interactions professionally and efficiently
