Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders and handle general enquiries

  • Resolve issues related to orders not received and returns not credited

  • Handle queries from stores regarding customer parcel deliveries and stock checks

  • Support international customers with order tracking, delivery updates, and return-related enquiries

  • Perform administrative tasks including customer account adjustments and sending mass customer communications

Skills & Eligibility:

  • Fluent German speaker with strong spoken and written communication skills

  • Good command of English for internal communication

  • Prior experience in customer service or international process preferred

  • Ability to handle customer interactions professionally and efficiently

Key Competencies:

  • Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills

  • Attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
