A Sales Officer in a paint manufacturing company is responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market reach, and maintaining strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and increase market share
• Identify and appoint new dealers, distributors, and retail outlets
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients and channel partners
• Promote company products and conduct product demonstrations when required
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
• Ensure timely collection of payments and manage credit limits
• Coordinate with internal teams like production and logistics for smooth order fulfillment
• Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
