Job Description:

 

Role Summary

The Reservation Manager will be responsible for managing all villa bookings, handling guest communication, coordinating with internal teams, and optimizing occupancy and revenue across OTA platforms for luxury staycation properties.

KRA: Task / Activities

· Manage reservations for luxury villas and staycation properties

· Handle OTA platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, MakeMyTrip, etc.)

· Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and booking platforms

· Coordinate between guests, operations team, and property managers

· Monitor availability, pricing, and occupancy rates

· Maintain accurate reservation records and booking systems

· Handle booking modifications and special guest requests

· Maximize occupancy and revenue

· Coordinate with sales & marketing for promotions and inventory updates

· Manage check-in/check-out schedules and follow-ups

· Resolve guest concerns efficiently

 

KPI: Performance Metrics

· Occupancy rate & booking conversion rate

· Response time to guest inquiries

· Guest satisfaction ratings & reviews

· Accuracy in reservation records

· Revenue generated via OTA platforms

· Number of booking errors/issues resolved

Required Skills

· Strong communication (spoken & written English)

· Experience with OTA platforms & channel managers

· Client handling & guest relationship management

· Multitasking and organizational skills

·  Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, PMS systems)

· Experience in luxury hospitality or villa management

· Knowledge of pricing strategies and revenue management

· Familiarity with booking engines and CRM tools
