Role Summary |

The Senior Ticketing Executive will be responsible for handling end-to-end ticketing operations for domestic and international travel. The role requires strong experience in the tour and travel industry with expertise in reservations, fare calculation, reissues, and customer coordination. |

KRA: Task / Activities |
|
|
1. Handle domestic and international air ticketing for individual and corporate clients. 2. Manage bookings, cancellations, reissues, and refunds efficiently. 3. Check fares, availability, and routing options as per customer requirements. 4. Coordinate with airlines, travel portals, and internal teams for smooth operations. 5. Ensure accuracy in ticketing, invoicing, and documentation. 6. Resolve customer queries and provide timely travel support.
