Job Description:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans for medical devices
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
- Provide training and support to sales team members
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
- Attend industry conferences and events to represent the company
