Our goal is to ensure a smooth supply chain from OEMs to customers. Source and manage OEMs for medical & surgical products. Negotiate pricing, quality standards, and delivery schedules. Plan and execute purchase requirements based on tender and distribution needs. Issue Purchase Orders and maintain vendor agreements. Coordinate tender-based procurement and ensure compliance. Oversee invoices, billing, and audit-ready documentation. Monitor inventory and coordinate with logistics for timely dispatch. Skills & Competencies Strong negotiation and vendor management abilities. Knowledge of medical devices and surgical equipment market. Familiarity with tender procedures and procurement regulations. Proficiency in MS Office/ERP and invoicing systems. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Qualification Graduate/Post Graduate in Supply Chain / Commerce / Life Sciences Experience 6-8 years' procurement experience, preferably in healthcare/medical device Preferred Exposure Experience with government and private tender processes Software Knowledge Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Office, invoicing tools Other Details Location Mumbai / Gurugram Department Procurement / Supply Chain Reports To National Sales Manager Salary & Benefits As per industry standards
