Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients with warmth and professionalism - both in-person and virtually via WhatsApp, phone calls, and email.
- Manage scheduling for personal training, physiotherapy, and Pilates sessions to ensure smooth coordination.
- Handle client queries and share accurate information about services, pricing, and availability.
- Maintain precise client records and appointment logs using Excel and other internal tools.
- Liaise with trainers, physiotherapists, and instructors to ensure seamless communication and client satisfaction.
- Oversee the upkeep of the front office and ensure the studio environment is clean, calm, and inviting.
- Address client concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a consistently positive experience.
- Support the management team with administrative tasks and operational improvements.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role/ health and fitness space with up to 5 years of overall experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in any specialization is mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in written and spoken English.
- Friendly and confident interpersonal approach(both in-person and virtual) with a customer-first mindset.
- Values punctuality, humility, patience, and excellent customer service, with a quick-learning and entrepreneurial attitude.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and comfort using WhatsApp, email, and phone for communication.
- Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and remain composed under pressure.
- Prior experience in hospitality, fitness, or wellness environments preferred.
