JR. EXECUTIVE FOR FABRICATION PLANT - RAIPUR , CHHATTISGARH

Job Description:

The Junior Executive will assist in the day-to-day operations of the fabrication plant, ensuring smooth production processes, maintaining quality standards, and supporting management in operational and administrative tasks. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and monitoring production schedules to meet targets.

• Ensure quality control of fabricated components according to standards.

• Support inventory management, including materials, tools, and finished goods.

• Monitor shop floor operations and coordinate with supervisors and technicians.

• Maintain safety compliance by enforcing workplace safety guidelines.

• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

• Prepare reports and documentation related to production, inventory, and quality.

• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth operations.

• Assist in CNC and other machinery operations under supervision, if required.

• Support the management team in administrative tasks as needed.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering, or relevant field.

• 0–2 years of experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.

• Knowledge of fabrication processes, machinery, and safety standards.

• Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

• Proficient in MS Office and basic ERP systems.

• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and adapt to dynamic production needs.
