Job Description:
Role Summary
The Telecaller – Appointment Setter supports the sales function by making outbound calls to company-provided leads, explaining basic project details, qualifying customer interest, and scheduling meetings or site visits for the sales team. This is a process-driven, communication-focused role and does not carry direct sales targets or incentive-linked pressure.
KRA: Task / Activities
- Make outbound calls to leads provided by the company
- Clearly explain basic real estate project details to prospects
- Identify and qualify interested customers
- Schedule meetings or site visits for the sales team
- Maintain accurate call records and daily activity updates
- Follow communication scripts and internal calling guidelines
- Maintain professional and courteous communication at all times
KPI: Performance Metrics
- Consistency in daily calling activity
- Quality and clarity of customer communication
- Accuracy of call records and reports
- Professional conduct and script adherence
- Reliability, attendance, and discipline
