Job Description:
Managing assigned territory: Sales Team, Customer Relationship, Business Development & Responsible for Business Growth & Margin.
Identifying & Networking with key prospective clients & generating business from existing account through assigned Sales Team.
Deliver business plan within Days Sales Outstanding & Overdue % targets.
Ensure business/ Market share growth over long term in line with the strategies.
Ensure consistent & rigorous Implementation of Management Techniques & manage customers as partners.
Developing Strategy, Tactics, Sales Plans & Profit Market.
Developing relationship with clients.
Identifying & reporting on business opportunities in target markets.
Representing the business at conference, trade fairs & networking events.
Maximizing new business development opportunities.
Maintaining & Increasing Sales of company’s product.
Reaching the targets & goals set for your area.
Establishing, Maintaining & expanding your customer base.
Gear Box & Electric Motor sales background is preferred
