Job Title: System Admin L1
Location: Siliguri
Job Responsibilities:
- Fundamental Knowledge in Server, Storage & Networking
- Practical Exposure to work in Servers & Server OS (Linux & Windows)
- Exposure in Virtualization & Cloud (VMware / RHEV / Xen/ HyperV/ Nutanix)
- Exposure in Regular Monitoring & Maintenance of Server/Virtualization Infrastructure Health
- Exposure in EMS tool for Server/VM/Application/DB monitoring
- Proficient with Customer Communication to understanding problems as reported by Customer.
- Basic Troubleshooting skills to understand the problem as reported by customer
Qualifications:
- 2 years working experience in Data Center
- B.E/MCA/ Diploma Eng/ B.Sc.
