An Executive Sales role for a Saree Shop involves driving revenue by understanding customer needs, showcasing saree knowledge (fabrics, trends, designs), achieving sales targets, building client relationships, and managing showroom presentation, requiring strong communication, customer service, and a passion for Indian textiles to offer personalized styling and ensure a premium shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Greet, assist, and provide expert advice on saree selections, including fabrics, patterns, and styling.
- Sales & Targets: Achieve individual and store sales goals, handle transactions, and convert inquiries into sales.
- Product Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of current saree trends, designs, and fabric care.
- Showroom Management: Ensure the sales floor is organized, visually appealing, and well-stocked, assisting with merchandising.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Build rapport, address complaints, and follow up to encourage repeat business.
- Inventory & Operations: Participate in stock replenishment and maintain sales records.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous retail sales, especially in fashion, textiles, or apparel.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and verbal skills to connect with diverse customers.
- Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of sarees, textiles, and fashion.
- Customer Focus: Friendly, approachable, and dedicated to customer satisfaction.
- Sales Acumen: Knowledge of sales techniques and ability to negotiate.
- Presentation: Well-groomed and able to present products appealingly.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
