Field Sales Engineer
Job Description:
We are hiring a Field Sales Engineer in Ahmedabad.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Sales and Business Development:
oIdentify potential customers in the B2C market and convert leads into successful sales.
oAchieve and exceed sales targets through proactive client acquisition and engagement.
oConduct site visits to evaluate customer requirements, assess feasibility, and tailor solutions accordingly.
2.Customer Engagement and Support:
oBuild strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
oUse strong convincing skills to promote solar products and services.
3.Market Research and Strategy:
oConduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends in the solar industry.
oGather and analyse competitor and customer data to develop effective sales strategies.
4.Reporting and Coordination:
oPrepare and maintain detailed sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback.
oCollaborate with the internal team to ensure timely delivery and post-sales support.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education:
oMBA in Sales & Marketing, Diploma in Electrical Engineering, or B.E/M.E in Electrical Engineering.
Experience:
oMinimum of 1–2 years of sales experience in the solar industry.
Skills Required:
oProven sales and negotiation skills.
oStrong communication and customer relationship-building abilities.
oExpertise in market research and understanding of B2C dynamics.
