Job Description – Production Executive
Location: Noida
Industry: Jewellery / Fashion Jewellery / Fashion Accessories Manufacturing

1. Role Overview

• Manage and control production-related data and documentation.
• Handle production issue and receipt entries, stock inward and outward, and MIS reporting.
• Act as a key link between production, inventory, and accounts teams.

3. Production Data Management

• Maintain daily production data including:
• Raw material issued to production
• Work-in-progress (WIP) tracking
• Finished goods received from production
• Update production records accurately in the system.

1. Stock Inward & Outward Control

• Record stock inward of raw materials, semi-finished, and finished goods.
• Maintain stock outward entries for production issue, job work, and transfers.
• Ensure all inward and outward movements are supported with proper documentation.

1. Production Issue & Receipt

• Prepare and record production issue slips and material issue notes.
• Record production receipts and job-work returns.
• Track pending production and material balances.

1. MIS & Reporting

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to:
• Production status
• Stock movement
• WIP and finished goods
• Share accurate MIS with management and relevant departments.

1. System Data Entry & Extraction

• Perform accurate data entry in ERP / production systems.
• Extract data from system for analysis and reporting.
• Support reconciliation between system data and physical stock.

1. Coordination & Follow-ups

• Coordinate with production, inventory, and accounts teams for data accuracy.
• Follow up on delays, shortages, or discrepancies in production or stock.
• Support smooth production planning and execution.

1. Compliance & Documentation

• Maintain proper production and stock records for audit and internal review.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs related to production and inventory control.

3. Qualifications & Experience

Educational Qualification

• Graduate / Diploma in Production, Operations, or equivalent preferred.

Experience

• Minimum 3–6 years of experience in production or operations role.
• Mandatory experience in jewellery or fashion manufacturing industry.
• Hands-on exposure to production data handling and stock management.

4. Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of production workflows in jewellery/fashion manufacturing.
• Good knowledge of inventory movement and stock control.
• Experience in MIS preparation and data analysis.
• Hands-on experience with ERP / production systems.
• High attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Good coordination and communication skills.

5. Reporting Structure

• Reports to: Production Manager / Operations Head
• Coordinates with: Inventory, Accounts, and Design Teams
