ROLE SUMMARY |
|
Lead and execute EdgeUp's marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and institutional partnerships. This role involves developing marketing campaigns, managing field marketing activities at schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and competitive exam centers, and collaborating with sales teams to achieve business objectives. |

KRA: TASK / ACTIVITIES |
|
● Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business goals. Create brand positioning and messaging for the EdTech market. ● Lead Generation: Design and implement lead generation campaigns targeting schools, colleges, and coaching institutes. Manage digital and offline marketing channels. ● Field Marketing: Plan and execute field marketing activities at schools, colleges, coaching centers, and competitive exam hubs. Organize seminars, workshops, and product demos. ● Content & Collateral: Oversee creation of marketing presentations, brochures, and digital content. Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints. ● Partnership Development: Build relationships with educational institutions for co-marketing opportunities. Collaborate with influencers and education leaders. ● Analytics & Reporting: Track marketing ROI, campaign performance, and lead quality. Provide weekly reports and insights to leadership. ● Team Coordination: Work closely with sales, product, and design teams. Manage external agencies and vendors. |

● Leads generated: 500+/month ● Brand awareness metrics improvement: 20% QoQ ● Event/seminar participation: 10-15 / month ● Marketing qualified leads (MQLs): 100+/month ● Cost per lead optimization: <₹200 ● Social media engagement growth: 25% monthly |
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

● 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in EdTech or B2B SaaS. ● Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media,Email) ● Experience in field marketing and event management. ● Excellent communication and presentation skills. ● Proficiency in marketing tools (Google Analytics, CRM, Marketing Automation) ● Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills. |
● Experience marketing to educational institutions. ● Knowledge of competitive exam ecosystem (UPSC, NEET, JEE). ● Experience with AI/ML product marketing. ● Regional language proficiency (Tamil, Hindi). |
