E-Commerce Executive
Job Description:
An E-Commerce Executive manages online sales, product listings, and customer interactions to drive revenue growth. This role is common in retail and MSMEs, aligning with skills in platforms like Indiamart,justdail,Trade india.
Key Responsibilities
Optimize product listings, including attributes, images, pricing, and variations on marketplaces.
Co-ordinate with inventory manager, order processing, and fulfillment to ensure timely deliveries.
Monitor sales performance using analytics tools, run promotions, and resolve platform issues or customer queries.
Required Skills
Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (Indiamart,justdail,Trade india) and tools like Google Analytics.
Photo editing in Canva And other platfrom
Good communication skills for client and team coordination.
Familiarity with SEO, digital marketing, and compliance with marketplace policies.
