Job Description:
- Monitor the performance of solar assets to ensure optimum efficiency.
- Assist in acquisition and due diligence processes for new solar projects.
- Identify and implement operational improvement projects.
- Plan and implement digitalization initiatives as agreed by management.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Implement cost-cutting measures to reduce O&M costs.
- Act as CEO for other Kerian (SEA).
- Support the SEA team in new projects.
- Interact with and manage local stakeholders in Malaysia.
- Implement improvement projects in Malaysia.
- Budget and implement CSR projects for India and Malaysia.
