Job Description:

Position                 : Air Operation & Pricing Manager

Exp.                      : Min. 4 to 5 Years

Salary                   : 40 – 50K p.m.

Location                : Ahmedabad

Must have             : Experience in Air Freight Forwarding, Cargo Operations  

Job Responsibilities :

Manage day-to-day air cargo pricing with booking to delivery, including coordinating with airlines, freight forwarders, ground handling agents, shipper, overseas agent, and customs authorities, Ensure compliance with IATA standards, dangerous goods (DG) regulations, and international air transport documentation (MAWB, HAWB, invoicing).

Experience in Air Freight Forwarding, Cargo Operations  
Coordinate with air lines, transporters, and internal operations/docs.
Prepare and verify documents (Invoice, Packing List, AWB instructions/SI, etc.).
Check and submit documents as per Customs, DGFT,  CHA, and Air Lines requirements.
Follow up for booking confirmations, departures, flight schedules, and cargo readiness.
