3D Interior Designer

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
 Develop 3D visualizations, walkthroughs, and renderings for interior
design projects.
 Work closely with architects and interior designers to conceptualize design
layouts.
 Prepare mood boards, material boards, and design presentations for client
approvals.
 Coordinate with the project team to ensure design intent is maintained
through execution.
 Assist in preparing presentation drawings, furniture layouts, and lighting
concepts.
 Stay updated with design trends, materials, and rendering techniques.
 Manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.
Required Skills & Competencies:
 Strong command over 3ds Max, SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray and AutoCAD.
 Good understanding of space planning, materials, lighting, and color
concepts.
 Ability to create photo-realistic renderings and animations.
 Strong visualization and presentation skills.
 Attention to detail, creativity, and design sensibility.
 Team-oriented with good communication skills.
Qualifications:
 Bachelor’s or Diploma in 3D Interior Design / Architecture or equivalent.
 Minimum 3-8 years of experience in 3D interior visualization.
 Experience in healthcare or commercial interiors will be an added
advantage.
