Job Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Hiring
• End-to-end recruitment for multiple roles including:
Photographer, Videographer, Video Editor, Graphic Designer, Sales Executive, Manager, Accounts Assistant, Marketing Executive
• Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and digital platforms
• Resume screening, interview scheduling, and selection coordination
• Employee onboarding and induction process

HR Operations
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave data
• Coordinate performance tracking and internal communication
• Support day-to-day HR activities and team management

Documentation & Compliance
• Prepare HR documents: offer letters, appointment letters, warning letters, and exit formalities
• Ensure basic labour law compliance and HR documentation
• Implement and monitor HR policies and SOPs

Digital HR Management
• Manage hiring through online job portals and digital channels
• Use WhatsApp, Email, Google Sheets/Docs, and basic HR tools
• Maintain digital HR databases and reports

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 5–10 years of experience in Human Resources
• Strong recruitment and people management skills
• Knowledge of HR documentation and basic labour laws
• Experience with online hiring platforms and digital tools
• Ability to manage a growing and multi-department team

💰 ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month
