Inside Sales Executive
Job Description:
The Inside Sales / Lead Generation Executive plays a critical role in identifying and qualifying potential customers for corrugated carton products. This position supports the Sales team by building a robust pipeline of leads through proactive outreach and strategic follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and inbound inquiries.
• Research and identify potential clients in industries such as FMCG, pharmaceuticals, electronics, and e-commerce.
• Understand customer packaging needs and introduce appropriate corrugated carton solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and interactions in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with the Sales team to schedule meetings and product demos.
• Track lead conversion metrics and continuously improve outreach strategies.
• Provide timely follow-ups and nurture leads until they are sales-ready.
Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Packaging Technology, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or lead generation, preferably in packaging or industrial products.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms
• Ability to understand technical aspects of corrugated packaging and convey value propositions.
• Self-driven, organized, and goal-oriented.
• Comfortable with high-volume outreach and handling objections.
