Job Title: Regional Sales Manager – West Region
Location: West India (Gujarat / Maharashtra / Rajasthan / MP)
Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Regional Sales Manager – West Region to lead and expand sales operations for our Entrance Control,Physical Security, and Premises Protection Solutions. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in handling physical security products, entrance control systems, or perimeter protection equipment, along with strong regional market knowledge and channel management expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and market-share targets across the West Region. Manage and grow sales for Entrance Control & Physical Security products such as:
o Turnstiles, Flap Barriers, Swing Gates
o Boom Barriers & Bollards
o Road Blockers, Tyre Killers, HVM Solutions
o Access Control & Integrated Security Systems
Identify and appoint channel partners, system integrators, consultants, and OEM partners. Build strong relationships with consultants, architects, EPC contractors, government bodies, PSUs, and enterprise customers. Drive business development through tenders, project sales, and key account management. Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and solution demonstrations in coordination with engineering and project teams. Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing strategies.
Prepare sales forecasts, regional MIS, pipeline tracking, and monthly performance reports.
Coordinate closely with internal teams—design, production, projects, and service—for
timely execution and customer satisfaction. Represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry forums related to security and infrastructure. Desired Candidate Profile
Education:
o Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
o MBA (Sales & Marketing) preferred
Experience:
o Minimum 5-7 years of experience in sales & business development
o Mandatory experience in Entrance Control Systems / Physical Security
Equipment / Perimeter Protection Products
o Proven track record in project-based B2B sales and channel management
Key Skills & Competencies:
o Strong understanding of security industry standards and customer requirements
o Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
o Ability to manage large territories and multiple stakeholders
o Strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability
o Willingness to travel extensively within the West Region
