Job Title: Regional Sales Manager – South Region

Region Covered: South India (Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala)

Location: Chennai/Hyderabad.

Job Summary
Secure Innovative Solutions LLP is seeking a high-performing Regional Sales Manager – South Region to lead sales growth and market expansion for entrance control, physical security, and premises protection solutions across South India. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in project-based B2B sales, consultant management, and channel development within the security, infrastructure, or building systems industry.

 

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and market-share
targets in the South Region.

Manage and grow business through end clients, architects, consultants, system
integrators, EPC contractors, and government agencies.

Lead business development for project and tender-based opportunities across
infrastructure, commercial, industrial, and institutional segments.

Appoint, manage, and motivate channel partners and regional sales teams.

Conduct high-level product presentations, technical discussions, and solution
proposals.

Track sales pipeline, forecasts, and regional MIS; report performance to management.

Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market dynamics.

Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, projects, and service) to ensure
timely execution and customer satisfaction.

Represent the company in exhibitions, consultant meets, and industry forums.
Desired Candidate Profile

Education:
o Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Business
o MBA (Sales & Marketing) preferred

Experience:
o 5-7+ years of experience in regional or national sales roles
o Mandatory experience in entrance control systems, physical security
equipment, or allied building/infrastructure products
o Proven success in consultant-driven and project sales

Skills & Competencies:
o Strong understanding of South Indian markets and buying behaviour
o Excellent negotiation, leadership, and relationship-building skills
o Ability to manage large territories and multiple stakeholders
o Strategic planning with strong execution capability
o Willingness to travel extensively across the region
