Job Description:

Position:        VMC Operator

Location:        Daman

Experience:     2 - 3 years

Industries:      Packaging

Responsibilities:        

• Assist senior engineers in the development, and testing of engineering projects.
• Participate in hands-on training across various departments, including Production, Quality Control, and Maintenance.
• Support project execution by gathering data, preparing reports, and analysing performance metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver on objectives.
• Learn and apply engineering principles to troubleshoot issues and propose solutions.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain compliance with industry standards.
• Assist in the documentation of processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and technical manuals.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.                 

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of VMC machine and machining process, VMC machine operation, setting and programming, skilled to use all measuring instruments like Vernier caliper, micro meter, height gauge etc.
• Able to read mechanical drawings.
• Problem - solving
• Ability to work autonomously
• Communication Skills

Required Qualification: - Diploma - Mechanical

Salary: - Upto 4.00 LPA
