Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage international sales for nails, screws,and fasteners
  • Identify new overseas markets, distributors, and clients
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing international customers
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales deals
  • Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer requirements
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Requirements
  • Proven experience in international sales (fasteners or manufacturing industry preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of nails, screws, or industrial fasteners
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to handle overseas clients and export documentation
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented
  • Proficiency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
