Business Analysts for a broadband co. based at Mumbai

Job Description:

This position requires strong analytical skills, business acumen, executive communication ability, and high ownership.

Key Responsibilities
1️⃣ Strategic & Analytical Support

Conduct business analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Evaluate business performance, identify gaps, risks, and growth opportunities.

Prepare financial and operational analysis for MD review.

Develop data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.

2️⃣ Project Management & Follow-up

Track and monitor key projects driven by the MD’s office.

Ensure timely follow-ups with stakeholders and departments.

Drive execution of high-priority and cross-functional initiatives.

Identify risks, delays, and escalation points proactively.

3️⃣ RAG Reporting & MIS

Prepare weekly/monthly RAG (Red-Amber-Green) status reports.

Develop dashboards and performance trackers for critical KPIs.

Consolidate data from various departments for MD review.

4️⃣ Board & Leadership Deck Preparation

Prepare board presentations and executive decks.

Create structured, insightful presentations with clear recommendations.

Ensure data accuracy and clarity for investor/board meetings.

5️⃣ CXO Coordination

Coordinate with CXOs and functional heads on MD-driven initiatives.

Facilitate alignment across departments.

Track deliverables and ensure accountability.

6️⃣ Strategy & Recommendations

Assist in developing short-term and long-term business strategies.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

Provide structured recommendations to the MD on business improvements.
