Role: Talent Acquisition Operations Analyst

Reporting to: Regional Director TA Operations
Summary:
Talent Acquisition Operations Analyst will manage recruitment programs, systems and tools (ATS, CRM, Digital Interviewing etc.) that drive functional excellence, streamline operations, and enable continual process improvement. With a sharp focus on data driven decision making, TA Ops analyst will support the development and continuous improvement of TA processes, tools adoption and usage by TA team.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing/supporting recruitment programs/projects- coordination, meetings schedule, requirement gathering, documentations
Training new recruiters and addressing their queries
Hands-on experience with Workday or other Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Strong problem-solving skills, Time Management, understanding of tools and tech in HR./TA.
Writing and maintaining SOPs
Managing the Global TA mailbox – handling day-to-day queries and resolving issues raised by recruiters
Core job responsibilities:
- Manage Global TA mailbox- day to day queries, issues raised by recruiters, 1st contact established with recruiters in 24 hrs and work with HRIT, HRSC to get those resolved, if requires their intervention.
- Ensure all new recruiters have access to Workday Recruiting, CRM, SharePoint and other tools.
- Onboard, train new recruiters on TA systems and processes, with compliance guidelines.
- Manage Area team’s headcount and capacity planning trackers.
- Regular updating and managing accurate Req assignment table, changes etc.
- Support all new enhancements, integrations testing of tools used in Talent Acquisition, liaison with Recruiters and HR IT to ensure accurate updates and go-live
- Partner with Corporate Ops team on WD releases/testing and new solutions, liaison with Recruiters and HR IT to ensure accurate updates and go-live.
- Project Management- Support (Lead or partner) Area, Global initiatives defined as per strategy, delivering desired results.
- Partner with Regional TA leads on their area requirements for TA Operations, provide regular updates on the projects progress, ad-hoc data requests, KPIs etc.
Education/Experiences:
- Graduate
- 3-5 yrs. of work experience in Client Management, TA or HR Operations
- Experience of managing, implementing CRM/ATS or new HR tools and technology
- Passion for technology, ability to learn new tools quickly, explore new functionalities for team’s success.
- Knowledge of excel., Power BI will be advantage.
Functional competencies

- Knowledge of Excel and other reporting tools (preferred)
