Job Description:

Position:      Manager - QC

Location:      Vadodara

Experience:   7 - 10 Years

Industries:     FMCG

Responsibilities:

  • To Lead the QC-QA Team
  • Ensure that all the required inspection and tests are carried out in accordance with the laid down procedures and techniques.
  • Ensure that quality assurance personnel take necessary samples that they require using the correct sampling procedures.

     

  • Ensure that test methods are strictly adhered to and test reports are forwarded to the designated authority.
  • Identify and organize calibration of inspection, measuring and test equipment to maintain their continued suitability.
  • Ensure timely corrective action on non-conformities appearing in the system and institute preventive actions to eliminate recurrence of non-conformities.
  • Ensure proper quality of milk is received from the various parties as per the norms.
  • Coordinating the activities of Quality Control and Production department.
  • Monitor overall housekeeping and hygiene of the factory.
  • Coordinating the pest control activities.
  • To verify the incoming Raw and packaging materials.
  • Verification of process parameters.
  • Corrective and Preventive actions
  • Legal FSSAI / FSSC requirement, acceptance monitoring incoming, inprocess and final material.
  • Day to day reporting to top Management.
  • To handle and resolve market complaints.
  • Involve in R & D of new products establishment.
  • Control Over SOPs
  • To ensure proper man power implement.  Assist in building team cultural support of policies related to QA /QC.
  • Work closely with Plant Managers & QA Head to ensure a continual improvement and compliance in IMS activities.

Required Skills : 

  • Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO standards
  • Strong understanding of Food Safety / FMCG regulations
  • Documentation & Audit Handling
  • ERP / SAP knowledge

Required Qualification: - B.Sc/M.Sc/B.E/B.Tech - Chemistry/Microbiology/Food Technology/Dairy Technology 

Salary :- Upto 11.00 LPA
