Baggage Machine Operator / Receptionist For MNC At Lower Parel

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

•Operate and monitor the baggage scanning machine to ensure security compliance.

•Screen visitor belongings and report any suspicious items as per protocol.

•Manage the reception desk and greet visitors professionally.

•Handle visitor check-in and check-out through the Visitor Management System (VMS).

•Regulate the entry of visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel (Zomato, couriers, etc.).

•Maintain accurate visitor records and issue visitor passes.

•Coordinate with internal departments for visitor approvals and movement.

•Always ensure adherence to security and front office protocols.

• Designation: Baggage Machine Operator / Receptionist

• Experience: 2+ years

• Qualification: HSC or Graduate

• Gender: Male / Female

• Age Limit: Up to 40 years

• Work Timings:

o 1st Shift: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM

o 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday

• Work Location: Lower Parel

Contract period, auto-renewable or not: 1 year. Can be renewed with evaluation.
