About the Role

Yocket is launching a premium long-term mentoring program starting from Grade 8, focused on profile building, academic planning, and holistic student development. We’re looking for someone to own service delivery and lead a team of consultants.

The charter for this role will include:

• Own end-to-end service delivery for premium mentoring students from Grade 8 to Grade 12
• Design and manage personalised mentoring journeys covering academics, extracurriculars, competitions, leadership, and long-term profile building
• Act as the primary escalation point for parents; manage expectations and ensure a premium experience
• Lead, coach, and manage a team of mentoring consultants (allocation of students, performance tracking, regular reviews)
• Build and implement SOPs, playbooks, and quality benchmarks for consistent service delivery
• Conduct case reviews to ensure student progress aligns with long-term goals
• Work closely with Sales and Admissions teams to ensure smooth handover and expectation setting
• Collaborate with Product and Leadership teams to refine program structure, timelines, and offerings
• Track key delivery metrics such as student progress, retention, satisfaction (NPS), and consultant productivity
• Identify gaps in delivery and drive continuous improvement in mentoring quality and processes

Ideal Persona:

• 5–10 years of experience in education, mentoring, counseling, or premium services
• Prior experience managing service delivery teams (not just individual contributors)
• Strong understanding of IIndian education system (Grades 8–12), Competitive exams / holistic profile build
