Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:


 Reach out to company-provided leads (existing and new) through outbound calls
 Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products/services
 Convert qualified leads into confirmed sales
 Deliver compelling and persuasive sales pitches over the phone
 Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
 Address client queries, concerns, and objections professionally
 Conduct timely follow-ups to maximize conversion rates
 Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and sales conversions in CRM
systems
 Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
 Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for
new clients

Required Skills & Qualifications:


 Proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or client acquisition roles
 Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
 Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills
 Target-driven with a results-oriented mindset
 Good listening skills and problem-solving abilities
 Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships
 Basic knowledge of CRM tools and sales tracking systems (preferred)
Preferred Candidate Profile:
 Prior experience in lead conversion and client handling
 Sales-focused mindset with a professional and confident approach
