Telesales Executive
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Reach out to company-provided leads (existing and new) through outbound calls
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products/services
Convert qualified leads into confirmed sales
Deliver compelling and persuasive sales pitches over the phone
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Address client queries, concerns, and objections professionally
Conduct timely follow-ups to maximize conversion rates
Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and sales conversions in CRM
systems
Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for
new clients
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or client acquisition roles
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills
Target-driven with a results-oriented mindset
Good listening skills and problem-solving abilities
Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and sales tracking systems (preferred)

Prior experience in lead conversion and client handling
