Site Supervisor

Job Description:

1. Site Execution & Supervision

• Supervise daily site operations and workforce activities

• Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and project timelines

• Monitor productivity and maintain progress reports

2. Coordination & Communication

• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and vendors

• Ensure availability of materials and resources at site

• Report daily updates and site issues to senior management

3. Quality Control

• Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout project execution

• Conduct routine inspections and rectify deviations

4. Safety & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies

• Maintain discipline and safe working conditions at site

• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements

5. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain site records, attendance, and material usage reports

• Assist in preparing progress and completion reports

Qualifications

• Diploma / ITI / Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical or relevant field

• 2–8 years of relevant site supervision experience

• Strong knowledge of site operations and safety practices

• Ability to handle manpower and resolve on-site issues

• Basic knowledge of MS Office for reporting
