Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development

  • Identify new business opportunities and revenue streams

  • Develop and execute business growth strategies

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners

  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and business plans

2. Operational Coordination

  • Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth execution of projects

  • Monitor operational performance and resolve bottlenecks

  • Ensure timely completion of tasks aligned with company objectives

3. Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a key point of contact for major clients

  • Conduct review meetings and maintain long-term business relationships

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

4. Reporting & Strategy

  • Prepare MIS reports and performance dashboards

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities

  • Support senior management in strategic decision-making

5. Process & Performance Improvement

  • Identify areas for operational improvement

  • Implement efficiency-enhancing systems and controls

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and standards


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field

  • MBA preferred

  • 5–7 years of experience in Business Operations / Business Development

  • Strong understanding of operational workflows and project coordination

  • Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools
