Job Description:

As a sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, cultivating, and closing new business opportunities within your assigned territory or industry vertical. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by selling our IT products and services to prospective clients.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential clients and industries for business development.
  • Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online research.
  • Understand the client's business challenges and objectives.
  • Recommend tailored IT solutions that address their specific needs.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing ongoing support and guidance.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead qualification to closing deals.
  • Prepare and submit proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions to secure profitable contracts.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
  • Use market insights to tailor sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records in the CRM system.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the sales head.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of 5+ years in IT sales or a related field.
  • Bachelor of Engineering or relevant degree.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics tools is a plus.
