Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for assigned territory
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, and builders
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical guidance to customers
- Ensure proper product placement, branding, and visibility in the market
- Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer preferences
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate with technical/service teams for resolution
- Ensure timely collection of payments and outstanding follow-ups
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and daily activity updates
- Support promotional activities, schemes, and new product launches
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- 2–5 years of sales experience in the paint or building materials industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Good knowledge of decorative/industrial paints and application processes
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
- Valid driving license (if field role)
