Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for assigned territory
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, and builders
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
  • Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical guidance to customers
  • Ensure proper product placement, branding, and visibility in the market
  • Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer preferences
  • Handle customer complaints and coordinate with technical/service teams for resolution
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and outstanding follow-ups
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and daily activity updates
  • Support promotional activities, schemes, and new product launches

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • 2–5 years of sales experience in the paint or building materials industry
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Good knowledge of decorative/industrial paints and application processes
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
  • Valid driving license (if field role)
