Job Description:
A Designer creates visual concepts and assets for print and digital media to communicate ideas, strengthen branding, and engage audiences. They collaborate with teams to translate requirements into compelling visuals, manage multiple projects, and ensure consistency across platforms. Key skills include proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, typography, and layout. 
Key Responsibilities
    • Visual Creation: Develop graphics, layouts, and illustrations for websites, advertisements, social media, and printed materials.
    • Brand Alignment: Maintain brand consistency across all marketing and communication materials.
    • Project Management:
       Oversee projects from concept to completion, adhering to timelines and budgets
      .
  • Collaboration: Work with marketing, sales, and development teams to produce effective design solutions.
  • Revisions: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine designs.
  • Research: Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and technologies. 
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Software Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and prototyping tools like InVision.
  • Design Fundamentals: Expert knowledge of color theory, typography, and layout techniques.
  • Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing high-quality, relevant design work.
  • Communication: Ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to non-designers.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field, or equivalent experience.
